What makes these accessory plates green? They’re cleverly made from repurposed scooter tires and natural wicker. Two materials that don’t immediately come to mind as a pair, but when I thought of all the bikes that I’ve seen with wicker baskets over the years [in a variety of shapes and colours], it seemed to make sense. Artecnica also supplies these plates with handwoven hemp covers and have packaged them in reusable drawstring totes.
