Green Design Girl is Mariela Campo :: Green Interior + Set Designer.

I've been working on + off camera for TV design shows on HGTV, TLC and BBC for the last few years. As a result, I’m constantly sourcing new green + sustainable products for TV show sets and private interior design projects. I'm sharing some of my fave eco.design finds here. The style, selection and quality of green products today is fortunately evolving rapidly, giving us a lot of modern, cutting edge and beautiful options to work with. Gas prices are such a bitch, even Batman is downgrading...

In the midst of Dark Knight madness [saw it yesterday and was blown away by Heath Ledger and the art direction], I thought I’d post the above amusing Batman-related article.

I’m also checking in with my fellow tumblrs who have so awesomely hung in during my partial Summer hiatus. Same goes for those avid fans of eco.design who have sent me some great e.mails, wondering when I’ll be resuming posts on Green Design Girl. Hope that you’re all having a fabulous Summer.

I’m still quite busy and running on minimal sleep and maximum levels of caffeine, but I do intend to start up reviews on GDG again shortly. So stay tuned, loyal readers. Your green design fix is coming soon.
